At the starting point we have a structured recruitment process in place to identify and select the best people out there for the company.

The management team of Lumiere boasts of an average sixteen years of experience in the industry. A quarter of the team is MBA alumni. Many in the management team are professionals in Engineering, Management Accounting, Marketing and HR.

The next layer of the company is carefully chosen in recruitment to consist of individuals who displayed potential for advancement. We believe in grooming from within for the higher positions in the company. Thus through positive motivating factors and a supporting culture that encourages creative thinking we guide this layer to get prepared for career advancement.

We strongly believe that the organization should support the people through systems, infrastructure and culture. This would ensure getting the best out of the best people. The flat structure, open culture, carefully thought out systems are all in place with a view of supporting our people.
